Here are the general Elgato Game Capture HD60 System Requirements.
Mac:
OS X 10.9 or later
2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost
4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher)
Built-in USB 2.0 port
Windows:
Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or later
2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost
Sound card (if your laptop can play sound, then it meets this requirement)
4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher)
Built-in USB 2.0 port
To use Stream Command with the Elgato Game Capture HD 2.0 software:
2nd generation Intel Core i7 CPU (i7-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost
Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or later
Stream Command for Mac available in version 2.5 and above.

2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost
PCIe 2.0 or higher (x1/x4/x8/x16) slot
4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher)
To use Stream Command:

Please Note:
Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro does not work with a Mac or OS X in any way.
Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro does not work with any laptop. You must have a Windows PC with a PCIe 2.0 or higher (x1/x4/x8/x16) slot.

As Shiv said if you are looking for the HD60Pro you won't be able to. HOWEVER if you are looking for a normal HD60 or HD60 Slim it will work. Make sure you can download the software also.
How do you have a 8GB SSD blows my mind.
