selling the console is not a problem, but you cannot have games on the hard drive if you're wanting to sell them here.

oh i see what you mean the xex menu picture, upon selling it, i will have all the games wiped anyway so they will be gone, forgotten to mention that :/

the picture with the forza logo was to show the system link patch bit
