I use Live chat support whenever I can and since Xbox has this, I always use it whenever I need support. My account has been stuck on a child account for ages now and I've been on their support live chat so many times. At this point I'm seeing a pattern. One person says Oh yeah sure we can fix this. If it's not fixed after 24 hours come back. I go back, then they say nope that's not the case etc. I was told I would receive an email about the problem soon, never did so I went on it again, got put through to a manager and they starting saying there's no way to fix it which I feel like is a load of . But when I was asking more about this they decided to just end the chat.
My god for a company that makes billions you would think they would hire some competent support teams.

Xbox Live Support is shit, there isn't a point on going to them you'd have better luck asking randoms online how to fix it.

Yeah I wish I could do that. But this is an issue that only they have the tools to do.

Yeah i can relate to this, Xbox Live support is horrific, after they interrogate you more than police they still dont help.

I have never had one good experience with customer support of any kind. Really doesn't surprise me that Xbox support is equally terrible.

I've this same issue with Apple's support and Amazon's support so it's not just an issue with Xbox support. The support team is bad for a lot of the big companies and it's a horrible thing, but they already took your money, they don't care.

everytime i called support on the phone since their support chat is ass i always got free gold and money well with support chat they didnt even help at all so always call them instead 1 800 4 my xbox is the best one then using online web chat version which im assuming you used

no honestly I know one that is worse then it truthfully its a place called frontier communications by far the worst I have ever in my life encountered

I did the live contact thing on their site. I had an old credit card on my account that I couldn't remove because I no longer had the information on it. I was having to put gold on my account before it expired so it wouldn't try to charge to it. I missed it once and it got charged. I contacted them to try to avoid being banned, told them about the card, and they removed it instantly. They even left the gold on my account, so I had a free year basically. Maybe I got lucky.
