Can't seem to get Xbox Neighborhood to work

Can't seem to get Xbox Neighborhood to workPosted:

I just ordered a RGH and in anticipation to it arriving I wanted to set up Neighborhood to get it ready. However when I am attempting to install the sdk files and go open Neighborhood, there is NO Neighborhood file. Only the files that come with SDK install. I have tried like 3 installs and haven't gotten Any to work.

Have you unzipped the files using Winrar? Winrar is a vital program to have if you are getting an RGH..

I used modded warfares tut and when I installed the SDK there was still no program labeled Neighborhood once the wizard was done installing.

make sure you have XBDM.xex in your plug ins should automaticly pic up your jtag/rgh on xbox 360 neighborhood
