TyroneWATERMELON wrotei think artificial sweeteners don't come up as sugars. I might be wrong though002 wrote At the end of the day it's a lot of processed sweetener (sugar) which isn't good for you. Just do a quick Google search on what over caffination will do to your body over time.
Here's a tip, when you feel tired even after a good nights sleep it's often because you're dehydrated. Drink a bottle of water instead of coffee, espresso, energy drink, soda, etc.
As for the drink water bit you said i'm trying to drink water over coffee late now but for the sugar bit wym lol?

I take caffeine pills everyday and thier is 200mg in each pill. I take anywhere from 1-4 at a time. I've taken more but not often. I think I'm fine? Idk lol. I do worry sometimes that the future might be bad for me I have no idea tho.. but for now Im good. If you decide to stop ease off of it tho rather then just stopping completely.. I stopped awhile back one day and lasted about four months with ZERO caffeine like no soda nothing.. I got shingles like 1 week after stopping.
Stopping caffeine wont give you shingles lol but the doctors assumed it shocked my system and caused it to start..
Eat better / More food and you shouldnt have a problem with energy and drink water like whoever said .

Recommended daily caffeine intake technically should not exceed that of roughly 400mg, so when it comes down to it I imagine that you are fine. Biggest thing with consuming this much caffeine is watching the rest of your diet to ensure your body is healthy enough to intake that much caffeine. Like some others said, it would definitely be important to keep watch over how much sugar you intake in a day, whether that be from coffee or not. MOST important factors when having this much caffeine; drink enough water, and make sure your sleep schedule isn't whack because of the caffeine. So long as you can sleep fine, roughly 7 hours every night, i'd say you're fine.
The pre-workout I currently consume has 325mg of caffeine per serving, biggest thing for me is making sure that I do not take it within 5-6 hours of when I intend on going to sleep. Aside from this, I try to drink about a gallon of water every day.
Sleep and water and I think you're perfectly fine my man

I typically don't drink that much a day but I am right now because college finals week blows.
It probably isn't the best thing for you but doesn't everything we eat and drink give us cancer nowadays? lol
