im 23 about to hit 24 in december, which every birthday i get money i have never even had a party or even gifts, i just tend to go out with some friends and do stuff at the bowling ally and the bar.


i agree once youre older your birthday isnt as how it once was, that said it also depends on the person.

Probably just go out to dinner with my girl and family and call it a day.

Well since my birthday is 1 day after my mother and her twins i used to get outshined and people used to forget mine, so i did get some things but my mother got the majority.

I was pissed as a kid, but now i really don't care. I just usually make it a big deal that its her birthday and try to get her more stuff, i'm the guilt tripper and then she usually gives me a bit out of what she gets.

So win-win situation.

I think for my birthday me my fiance and aunt will go for dinner. Gifts don't matter to me it's about being with the ones I love and appreciate.

I'd have to agree, really the only thing to look forward to birthday wise as you're older is the ability to rent a car without getting hit with some crazy fees haha. Happy early birthday!
