Have you ever heard the saying 2 wrongs dont make it right.
if your teaching your lil sister that she can beat up anybody that mess's with her, your just setting her up to be a bully.
Tell the teacher, tell the principal, tell the other childs parents.
that is about as much you can do for right now.
Telling her to go beat up another student, can get her into more trouble than she needs, as her big brother, you need to show maturity, and not showing her that the best thing to do it to fight. Violence is the last act that should be implemented.
