I can see one of the people that has to look at the sent in Xboxes and is all bored and tired...When they pull it out all they are expecting is a normal Black or White, sometimes Red or with Decals but when they pull it out they are like WTF?!?!? What is this clear cover and all these extra parts inside?!?! It would be awesum

Microsoft can't and won't even if they could sue him, it is not worth the time and costs to sue someone like this with one minor offense.

1. All that happens is no warranty and they have to send it back

2. someone said they will "sue you for piracy if they see a game on hdd"

they can't sue anyone for piracy on their hdd unless the game being pirated was made by Microsoft. it is not their game to sue for. thats like me suing you for infringing on someone else's copyright. not possible. they could however turn it in to the game's creator and they could sue him.
