This worked for me!! It gives you 100-200 more XP then normal!
That means 1SnD kill is now 700 points,

Step 1:
Start up Black Ops. Go to the main menu, where you are sitting in the chair. Click the bottom two left triggers vigorously to get out of the chair, and head behind to the computer terminal and open in up. In the computer terminal type "dpl30zold9" without the quotes. It will tell you invalid command, but disregard that.

Step 2:
Go into Zombies. Join an online match of 'Five'. Wait for the game to load up, you can have as many people as you want in this lobby, the number does not matter. Now, you must kill the very first zombie with your pistol. Knifing will not work as far as I know.
Step 3:
Leave the match after you kill the first zombie, and head into multiplayer. Go into a match of Search & Destroy, and choose one of the default classes. Wait until you are spawned alive, and right after you have became 'alive' within the match, back out.

Step 4:
Go into "create a class" and in any slot, make a new class with the Skorpion. You must have warlord and put on extended mag, and grip. You must have lightweight and ninja on also. For the lethal grenade, equipment, and everything else, you can choose anything.

Step 5:
Go into a game of any barebones, spawn with this class and then back out once you have became alive.

Now, whenever you enter a game use this skorpion class, and you will notice an incredible amount of XP earned. I have no idea whatsoever, why following these steps gives you such massive amounts of XP, but it just does. If you do not notice results, you must have made a slight mistake, so go back and try again. I have tried this on 3 PS3 accounts and one Xbox. If someone wants to troll and say this doesn't work, GTFO ill upload videos later, I <3 You guys
