Echo wrote My problem's: Fast metabolism, REAL BIG fussy eater. I also have a really fast metabolism, I myself am only 75kg, but when I hit the gym and follow my routines, ill be up to about 90kg. It is very hard for me to keep this up and ive only done it a few times, like I would eat every 3 hours, set my alarm clock to go off through out the night to eat or have a protein shake. Drink plenty of water as you need to bulk up, and for me personal creatine works very well, when gaining weight i think. I do see a difference, I have gone a few months just eating and protein shakes, and a few months on creatine and I did see mad results. So I would highly recommend you trying out Muscle Tech Cell Tech, try the flavor fruit punch for that as well as its the best flavor I have found. |

As far as good meals for gaining weight, I'd just make sure you're eating a lot of starchy carbs and your weight in grams of protein. I'll list some stuff I eat. Homemade Chipotle Jasmine Rice Baked Sweet Potato w/cinnamon Reg. Baked Potato Cherios Protein Cereal Flat Iron Steak (Cheap and tastey) Grilled/Baked Chicken Thighs Fruits Pork Chops Tortillas Cliff Bars PBJ sandwich Almonds Hamburgers |

Have you got any tips on bulking up? I started going to the gym about a year ago, I go 3 times a week. I've noticed a massive improvement, really toned up but now I'm wanting to bulk up a bit more. I've heard you're supposed to eat a shit ton of food and lift heavier weights with a smaller amount of reps. |

My advice would be to find out how much you would need to eat to gain mass by going to iifym.com and to track how much you eating by using myfitnesspal.com |

Yeah, I've had a look around online, just wanting to know other peoples opinions and preferences. I think with me its just trying to find the right meals to eat and finding the time to eat them. Ill have a look at those sites that you mentioned anyway, thanks. |

The worst part is getting those meals in! The hardest part for me is stuffing my face with so many carbs. Anything with bread/pasta/oats are what you really need. If you drink smoothies, i would recommend grinding up oats in coffee grinder or blend and then throwing them blending them in with your smoothie! Its really easy to find carbs, just hard to eat a lot of them at first! |
