Yes you still get ads as a gold member, even the ones described. Staff already know about the shitty malware ones but theres not really much to do that will fix it.

yeah i get it as well.... not a fan but i guess it helps sean out... but the spam / malicious ads need to be blocked

Just know the problem has been address and is trying to be fixed.
I personally use a adblocker on mobile now, which is unfortunate because I would rather not but it has to be done for the time being.
