I use my T.V. for my PC, I know it's not the best thing to use. I use game mode and get 120hz refresh rate, but get some screen tear. So price doesn't matter, would like a 4k 240hz or 4k 144hz 1ms response time monitor. I would like a curved monitor and probably 28-30 inches.

"120Hz" on a TV isn't really 120Hz.

That's not happening, doesn't exist. 1440p 240Hz monitors are barely a thing yet.

So, what is your budget and currency?
What do you use your system for- if games, what kind of games?
What are your PC specs?

What GPU are you using? Need to know that to properly recommend a suitable monitor really, but 4k60Hz in USD, these are the 2 I'd be looking at;
pcpartpicker.com/product/Lz448d/a...or-u2790vq
pcpartpicker.com/product/QfndnQ/l...r-27ud60-b

You'll get a 4k144Hz monitor, but good luck getting one under $900. I'm also guessing you don't have a GPU capable of running 4k144Hz nicely.

Yeah, 4k144Hz isn't really in your reach right now with that GPU, other than CSGO of course.
If you really want to spend almost $1k, you could get a 4k144Hz monitor, and to be fair it'll last you many a year.

The monitors I linked above are what I'd look at for 4k60Hz. Alternatively, you could look at 1440p144Hz monitors which would pair nicely with your GTX 1080.
For 1440p144Hz, here's a couple of good options;
pcpartpicker.com/product/HbCD4D/v...itor-gn27d
pcpartpicker.com/product/qGKcCJ/v...tor-gn32db
pcpartpicker.com/product/wXYQzy/m...x-mag272qr

Last option;
pcpartpicker.com/product/pDsmP6/m...x-mag341cq
This is ultrawide, 3440x1440 @ 100Hz if you fancy the 21:9 aspect ratio. Again, this will pair pretty nicely with a GTX 1080.
