I Have a decent pc and i have most of my graphics maxed out all texture budgets maxed and everything else but i still get playdough textures anyone know how to fix this?

im playing high graphics on games like mw3 updated drivers fps is capped for menu and tabbing out but is up to 250 cap in game

And what were you getting before? 250 on MW3 is crazy good!
