BO3rgh freezes when connecting to zombies online service..HELP?

| bo3 freezes my rgh when i try to play zombies, about 5 seconds into it connecting to online service my whole rgh freezes, online multiplayer works just fine, any idea on why this is happening? surely a fix for this issue is out there, i just cant find anything... PLEASE HELP?! |

| Havent gone on BO3 Zombies on the RGH but My Multiplayer works fine, All i can suggest is 1. Re-Install or 2. Check for Missing Files |
