To consistently eat better and more Whole Foods this year because I have acid reflux which doesn't help my obsession for French fries & ketch up so less fries and more fruit pies (see what I did there rhyme lol) but for real more vegetables & fruits
p.s. this isn't a diet because I'm skinny lmao I'm going to gym for more gains & french fries deff aren't a good pre or post work out food obviously hence the fruit&veg&protein intake.......... not that anyone cares |
