Massive 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4' Rumor Reveals Battle Royale

There's been a lot of talk lately that Modern Warfare 4 might be the next Call of Duty title and now a new leak has arisen to share some details about what could be if this rumor turns out to be true.

Before diving into what the latest rumor mill has turned out, keep in mind that this is coming from a source that really seems to come out of nowhere. That being said, take the below information with a very hefty grain of salt.

Now, what's allegedly coming with the rumored Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4? Apparently, Battle Royale. No surprise there given how much Blackout has seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Clearly this very popular mode of online play transitioned quite well into the military shooter, so seeing the studio continuing that wouldn't be much of a surprise.

The leak also reveals that there will be "no new campaign story." Instead it will be a remaster of the second Modern Warfare with the third possibly being added later.

Another notable part about this leak is that apparently, specialists could be coming to Modern Warfare - which would be a first for this particular series in the Call of Duty franchise.

As mentioned, this is heavily in the rumor pile for now until we can get a trace on its source. Until we get official confirmation, grain of salt = this.

Weather it is true or not im pretty sure MW4 will have a BR mode as that is what everyone likes right now.

If this is so called "the last modern warfare", it's gonna be heavy on multiplayer, returning maps, etc. why not just called is Call of Duty Modern Warfare Online. Sounds like nothing will be new besides the battle royal. Personally doubt any of this will be true.

Glock- I'd be interested but nothing will ever be the same as MW2. No micro transactions, no specialists and just core gameplay.

Hopefully infinity ward does something good this year since the last two were not good.


CoD will never get rid of microtransactions at this point.

Not gonna buy the next cod. I don't wanna play old maps with shitty mechanics. If I wanted to player a BR I'd just play fortnite. Cod is just sad now.

I wouldn't mind some new cosmetics such as soldier customization but I think it should stay very rooted no specialists no crazy wall runs just core old call of duty.

Why do you need specialists? It just made more sense that when you played as a sniper it would give you the ghille when you were a soldier using an MG you looked a little beefy and kinda demolitionist when you used a base AR you looked like a normal army ranger.

Those are what I like seeing in theses games not some high tech sniper man with goggles who can X-ray through walls and looks like a tard. I liked when you felt you were playing a real army game on CQC maps.

Say what you want but you could actually use tactics on that game. Hide in the fields on wasteland and snipe, jam in heavy armor with the riot shields, take key points with ars and hold them down, and team play was awesome!
