Modern Warfare 3 devs ask which playlists do you want added?

The teams behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 would like to to know what new games modes you would like to see in the game.

In a poll up on the official CoD Forums, MW3 devs want you to vote for one of the following options seen below, noting that they will have a separate poll for Face Off game modes in the near future.

Some of the more interesting ideas shown below are the knife only, 3rd person, MLG Rules and Sniper/Shotgun only playlists. The dev team has also been listening to community feedback, it seems, with the inclusion of the assassin, support streak, deathstreak, blind eye free playlist.

The two most popular, so far, seem to be the Snipers only/No Snipers and the MLG Rules/Competitive mode.

Competitive Mode all the way so there isn't any little kids spinning and shooting with their eyes closed and not playing the objective. I'm tired of them also telling me how to snipe. Like I didn't know there was rules to sniping WTF

I wish they would pay more attention to the game itself, instead of how and what way you want to play it. Work on the game for next year without coping the coding over and everyone will be happy.

Example: There is challenges for countering claymores etc.
but none for bouncy betties, answer is, it wasn't there to be pasted over from MW2 to MW3.

G_Man They need to take back the war gametype from WaW, it was epic and fun as hell to play.
I don't tend to play MW3 but i wouldn't mind a snipers only and no snipers gametype to keep the snipers and those who complain about snipers, content. MLG rules would also be interesting for some.


Agreed 100%. War was a great action packed gamemode. I've wanted snipers only since MW3 was released. MLG was good in Halo, why not CoD?
