Two million reported to have participated in Titanfall betas

According to Respawn's community manager Abbie Heppe 2 million unique users took part in the recent betas performed on the PC and Xbox One.

Heppe went on to comment the team behind Titanfall is currently working out the bugs while a engineer on the project let out that they were able to assure a much less messy retail launch thanks to the betas.

“You never want to say that everything is going to be perfect. Obviously there are things that can change. But you don’t want to say, ‘oh, no, there will still be problems,’ because you don’t want to give people a lack of confidence in what you’re doing. I think that this beta was really about giving people confidence that not only will we be communicative with them, but we’re actively trying to work out any bugs now.”Respawn's community manager Abbie Heppe


The above should keep the naysayers at bay regarding a possible disastrous launch being predicted by some.

Titanfall is still slated to release on March 11th for PC, Xbox 360, and the Xbox One.

Not surprising tbh. This beta was really hyped so I was expecting a LOT of people to play it.

loliTzzwafflez I honestly have to say that just playing the beta made me have the most fun I have had in a while. The game is meant to be something you come home to and just say "xbox on Titanfall" People keep arguing that the game is not a COD killer but they fail to see the point. The game is not meant to be competitive, its purpose is just to enjoy with friends. That being said it was just a beta no one knows what else is coming but I know for sure I am picking up a copy and saying "finally a game worth $60".


exactly my point mate!! really cant wait. COD is dead now been going on for far too long, make way for a new era :-)
