The Division allows you to change some of the attributes on the gear you get.

If you dont like some of the bonuses you get on gear pieces in The Division, you can re-roll them. This process is called Recalibration.

In order to be able to do that, you need to first build the Recalibration upgrade for your Tech Wing. Doing so will open up the Stat Switch perk for your character, as well as allow you access to the Recalibration Station.

You only can do this with armour pieces, and for only one attribute category. The game will show you possible outcome ranges on the right before you commit. Once the process is done, you get to select a new bonus.

You can recalibrate the same piece of gear multiple times, but youre locked to the same bonus category.
