Tom Clancys The Division allows the player to equip a variety of different clothes and since these changes reflect the players appearance, Ubisoft has added a clothes vendor in the game that gives the players access to various types of clothes in the game. This cloth vendor is not available immediately at the start and will require the user to fulfill some objectives in order to unlock it. First, you will need to build your base of operation and must have finished atleast the Madison Square Garden mission. This will allow you to get upgrades for your base of operation.

In order to unlock the clothes vendor, you will need to buy the supply line upgrade for the Security Wing. The clothes vendor will offer the players a variety of different clothes. These clothes can be shared between the four agent save slots that are available for each account in the game. If you create a new agent, you will be able to utilize the clothes that you bought for your previous agent. In addition to the vendor, the game also gives the player a different piece of cloth each time they create a new agent. Since you can share them between agents, you can technically get free clothes using this way.
