Reach the long version of the ending movie.
When you win the Dream Car Championship (LV 24) in the Extreme Series, this ending movie will unlock. You have to get back to the GT Life screen where one of the messages will say that you have unlocked this movie. Soon after the movie starts, this trophy will pop.

Oh wow, this trophy seems pretty time consuming and hard in a sense. I could see it being insanely gratifying when you acquire it though
