Following the video guide, you can see that there are various ways and places to do this throughout the game. But the easiest way to do this is on Hall of Heroes through mission select. On this level you can acquire the Bucking Bronco beer, which gives you the ability to throw enemies into the air. Follow the level normally until you get the Bucking Bronco beer, drink this and go through the drunk effect scene. Directly after this you will walk outside and down some stairs you will see a group of enemies. You will walk up to this group and use the Bucking Bronco effect on them, this will launch all of them into the air, allowing you to shoot them. The thing is you have to wait just before the effect to kill them, during their actual fall. If you kill them during the effect it will not count toward the achievement, to know when they are essentially in the effect, is by their body. While they are in the effect they will have a yellow wave of shock around them, and it will disappear as the effect comes off. You want to shoot them in the short time of the actual free fall. Just make sure you use your achievement kill counter located on the left hand side of the screen, and you will unlock this achievement in no time. If you have trouble doing this on the first or second try, you can simply reload the checkpoint and try again.
