Can a gtx 980 ti play a 4k 60fps video on youtube without lag i have a 750ti but its not strong enough.

Well a 980ti can run games like the witcher 3, fallout 4, and the division on high/ultra settings with 4k at 35-40fps, so I would assume it could run a youtube video at 60fps.

As Mew said, but I think you'll get more fps if you put your settings on high then you'll be able to get 50 fps.

Tbh you need to play a bit with everything, some people wants performance, some like graphics more. And I can even run 4K on a youtube video on my pc and it has a worse GFX then yours.

Who needs 16gb? I only waste money on things that will benefit me.. ish.

I had 16GB btw, painted 2 lots of it, dint work, gave it to Zayev because im a nice guy.

Ended up with 8GB, not had issues.

Yeah I don't doubt you've had more lol I just often find people that are crazy about pc's to have more than 8. I can't deal with less than 12. I have 16 and sometimes that gives me issues. But mainly the issues are because the division has so many memory leaks that it's all stored in compressed memory :/
