hi friends, some of you were wondering where i was and why i have not been on
i will gladly answer anybodys questions but i thought it was about time to return and say im feeling much better i was on a medication that helped with pain and nerve damage symptoms for the last 7 years, and about a month and a half ago i started the process of finally quitting that medication after a long period of leaning down on it. long story short, i finally feel normal again, like before i was on the medication period and it feels different. i have been dealing with some medical stuff as well. i had some procedures regarding more gastritis (recently diagnosed) and sadly i have been having a hard time making it to the gym, which was a big passion of mine. still is, but feel like ive lost so much from not being able to go as often. i have been so busy with my 2 jobs, family and personal issues like spending my entire savings for a used engine for my 2012 buick that i still owe almost 8 grand on.lol mental health is serious. please take care of yourselves. i am better, i am down but i am not out, i wanted to give up recently. really bad. heres to making it through another day |
