i haven even got the free gold packs yet what is going on

I think everyone gets different packs. I got a mini bronze pack today. But if its your first time on it you should get some free packs.

ive been a member since 2009 and i allways get some gold packs to start with and it even say that my establishment that i started in september 2012

If your talking about at the beginning of the launch, I believe they are still working on it. EA had a bug when you change the squad name for some people it did not give them there pack they were supposed turn earn at the start up.

Did you ever delete your club in the recent weeks of FIFA 12?
