i have seen people posting about no getting there packs when they have started Fifa 13 WebApp here is a way to get them
ring 08702432435 and tell them your issue and they will send the information to the headoffice and they will try to sort it out.
it dont cost alot to ring them i think it is like 6p or 10 dollars to ring but it is worth it to get you packs
i gave them a call and they are in the procces of sorting the issue out
i spoke to someone called Kevin H i dont no his last name but he was really helpful. he helped me with all the questions i asked.
