I just cant seem to win games. I'm currently on a 9 loss streak

I just cant score, yet everyone else scores 2+ goals every game.
I will admit I pretty much always hold RT and every opportunity I get I use LB + Y, which is often why I lose possession. But I cant help it. It's almost an annoying habit! Amy suggestions?
