All pilots at exp high enough level for max balancing.
All extra OF weapons and functions obtained from Local Servers.
All LEVs have max upgraded armor and weapons.
All possible equippable items obtained.
Secret character as Vjaya's pilot.

For Slot 3 & Continue:
All Local Servers downloaded from up through Scene 11.
All LEVs have max upgraded armor and weapons, save for each LEV's weakest weapon (done to allow for exp grinding).
All possible equippable items obtained through Scene 11.
Conditions for Vjaya's secret pilot met if proceeding from Scene 11 to Route A.
