I agree, Borderland themes are pretty nice. However, this one isn't that great for one reason-- it doesn't fit the new dashboards. This theme was made for the old dashboards, so applying this on a console nowadays would just make it look out of place and ugly. It would've been a nice them a while back, though. It's obvious that some thought and effort went into the creation of this theme/wallpaper.
