NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have pushed Mortal Kombat 1 preorders live, as well as lifting the lid on the swanky Mortal Kombat 1 Kollector’s Edition.

Priced at $249.99, the Mortal Kombat 1 Kollector’s Edition will feature a wealth of extra content and is only available for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game. It features the following:

A 16.5-inch Liu Kang sculpture designed by COARSE
A Liu Kang-inspired in-game character skin
Three exclusive art prints and a steel case
Early access to the game and Mortal Kombat 1 beta
1,450 additional Dragon Krystals (2,700 total)

Mortal Kombat 1 takes place in a new reality forged by Fire God Liu Kang, with returning characters including Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, and Johnny Cage.

NetherRealm has confirmed a September 19, 2023 release for Mortal Kombat 1 on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S.
