CoD: Advanced Warfare Achievement “Exo Survivor” shows Zombies Wave

A secret achievement for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been revealed on many sites today. The achievement is called Exo Survivor, and states that “Successfully complete the Exo Survival Bonus Wave” with an image of zombies. Now, it is important to note that this is part of the Exo-Survival co-op mode, not a different mode.

As noted in the previously mentioned list, the Achievement/Trophy is only attainable in Advanced Warfare’s Riot map, which happens to be the map showcased in the image above. This leads us to believe that your attackers in a Bonus round of Exo Survival on the map Riot could be a wave of these sinister-looking Zombies.

Zombie survival became a staple of the Call of Duty franchise back when Treyarch introduced them in World at War and made them popular through Black Ops and Black Ops 2. Zombies in Advanced Warfare were heavily rumored about the time Microsoft introduced this Xbox One controller, but excitement for the possibility died down shortly after Exo Survival’s reveal where no mention of Zombies was made.

Only time will tell what sort of role Zombies will play in Advanced Warfare. If not its own separate mode, their possible inclusion in Exo Survival could be a way for Sledgehammer Games to test the water for future DLC.

I enjoyed the zombies game mode up to Black Ops, but come Black Ops II's zombies, I found it to get rather boring as there isn't really any really change, hopefully the co-op mode for Advanced Warfare is really enjoyable otherwise that is one less aspect of the game to spend time playing. As for the image, the map reminds me of Mob of the Dead from Black Ops II, hopefully it isn't because Advanced Warfare really wouldn't fair well in bringing back old maps.

I don't like the other modes but I prefer zombies over survival anyday.

I definitely would've preferred zombies over the Exo Survival mode, but at least they are still including zombies on one of the bonus rounds in it.

The survival on this game is going to be on the MP maps. It's not going to be great; what I see them doing is on DLC maps, adding this type of thing, a 'bonus wave'.
