Pokémon Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire demo out October 21

4.4
Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have confirmed that the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire 'Special Demo Version' will be released on October 31.

To acquire the demo, players will need to be signed up to the Pokémon Trainer Club and opted into receiving marketing email messages before October 20.

Rather than presenting an early snippet of the main game, the demo will include its own special campaign. Players who collect and battle their way through the miniature adventure will encounter some familiar Pokemon in their new mega-evolved forms.

Plus, the demo will include special 'reward items' that will be transferable to the full game.

The Pokémon Company has also today released a new Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire gameplay trailer, embedded below, showing off Mega-Evolved Pokémon in action, including cover stars Mega Latios and Mega Latias.

The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire release date is November 21 in North America and Japan, and November 28 in Europe.

There is always time for Pokemon, so you are saying that you are never bored in your life.
This looks really cool.

-Spacey Oh god, What have the pokemon games come to, Sad to see it ruined

Ruined? Really? Not all all. This is like any other game being remastered on a new console.

That mega Pidgeot will be named "Bird Jesus" by so many people XD

I've owned every Pokemon game every made, not counting the Mystery Dungeon games, because I personally didn't understand the point in them.

I have this pre-ordered already and can't wait until it comes out.

Hopefully the campaign will last a lot longer than the campaigns for X and Y did, I beat them the second day the game came out. And the only thing left to do was collect shinies and complete the Pokedex.

It looks like the Pokemon franchise has run out of colors. XD

Glad they are doing this. Haven't played Sapphire or Ruby in a while. The good memories these games had.
