First of all, he mentioned that he thinks that we’ll see more third party jumping on board by offering their older games with the new ones:
@GearsofSkorge @PNF4LYFE @caedus511 @XboxQwik And I think you'll see more of this. Great way to build your catalog of games to play.

He also explained that the team is working on describing clearly how DLC will work, but they should work “as expected.”
@BearClawGaming We are working on a clear description of how DLC will work. It should work as expected.

He also talked about the recently concluded industry events (Gamescom and Chinajoy), and mentioned that Microsoft will have a booth as usual at Paris Games Week, but for now they did not announce anything further than that.
Just wanted to say to all the Xbox gamers I met at ChinaJoy & gamescom the last 2 weeks, thanks. You make this the best job in the world.

@PNF4LYFE Team is very energized. Met with Turn10 for F6 launch, see BC team, UI team, 343, everyone really looking forward to rest of '15.

@Masih3KA We usually have a booth at PGW, we haven't announced anything more than that.

Following, he also gave his impressions on the upcoming Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, that he is already playing:
@GearsofSkorge Yea, very cool memories as I started playing again. Was trying to play co-op with @XboxQwik but he was sleeping.
— Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) August 10, 2015
@PNF4LYFE @GearsofSkorge @XboxQwik It looks great, team did a very nice job upping the visuals. And it's nice to revisit the beginning again
— Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) August 10, 2015
For something a little more on the funny side, he mentioned that a limited edition Xbox One looking like an original Xbox would be a cool idea, even if nothing is in the works right now:
@NotJoeGallow Nice shot on the size…others have brought up doing an OG Xbox LE. We don't have it in the works right now but cool idea.
— Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) August 10, 2015
If you’re waiting for the new Xbox One UI (Which is sleek as hell, by the way. I’ve seen it in action at Gamescom), and you’re a member of the preview program, you should be able to get your hands on it next month.
@xxSMALL17xx Yes, should be September.
— Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) August 10, 2015
Finally, he’d like to see third party studios pick up Crackdown 3‘s cloud tech as well in the future.
@Dipslon I hope so, I'd like to see 3rd parties pick up the tech as well. Innovation moves more quickly as more games push what's possible.
