343 Aware of Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Progress Issues

Some Halo 5: Guardians players have noticed that their multiplayer progress has been completely reset recently. This includes rank, commendation records and reward gained from opening REQ packs.

The issue has been reported on Halo Waypoint forum, where 343 Industries responded that they are aware of the issue and investigating a fix. The Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer services are currently listed as “Impacted”, meaning matchmaking and player records may be experiencing some issues.

At least they recognize the issues with their services. Treyarch still don't have a fix for the campaign reset bug..

It definitely has to be fixed by now, tbh I think I'm going to get Halo for sure! I totally forgot about Halo 5 now that Fallout 4 and Black Ops 3 is out.

I swear this happened to me at one point but not a complete reset. Now black ops is out, I'm not too bothered anymore haha

People who have had this happen to them should get a lot of compensation, and their rank fully restored. If it was somebody who dedicates most of their time to Halo 5 and is an SR 50+ they should have not only their rank fully restored, but like 25 to 50 gold req packs added into their account.

Man like the others if this happened to me i would straight turn it in and get fallout 4. Just from looking at it though it didn't seem all that great

It's kinda hard to fix basically just remastered versions of older halos.

They didn't take long to throw it together.

Wonder if they're also aware of the ridiculous spawns, lack of Br's and the (mostly) crappy maps?
