While the software update is technically under NDA, this can’t be considered much of a leak, since it was retweeted by the man in charge of the update, Manager of Product Planning Toshimasa Aoki.
Speaking of Aoki-san, he also had words of praise for the idea to add a “Saved Data” option to the game menu you can access from the tile on the dashboard, echoing Worldwide Studio President Shuhei Yoshida’s own appreciation.
#PS4share @toshimasa_aoki @Yosp what do you think about a new option "Saved Data" in the game options? Thanks pic.twitter.com/LiJwJbZj4a

@LocutussBorg @toshimasa_aoki I personally like it.

@yosp @LocutussBorg Yeah, great idea!

While we don’t know if the feature will be added in the near future, this is probably an indication that it will at least be considered, which is good, since it would be very convenient.
Incidentally, Aoki-san also mentioned that he will keep listening to feedback, and encouraged users to keep tweeting it to him.
Thx for the wait, some (not all) features that got requested are here. Will keep listening so keep tweeting!https://t.co/OKgknxqboa
