This achievement is required for you to be in Goat City Bay. To get this achievement you must go on the catapult with a rider on your back.

Firstly from spawn you are going to want to head down in to the town and make your way to the carnival, Near the entrance you will see a mechanical bull. You are going to want to head but this bull in order for a human to jump on your back. From this point you will want to head back to spawn, As you are reaching the tunnel take the hill to the right of it. Head up the hill and on your right you will see a catapult, Just simply jump on and you are done.
