In total, you'll need to find 27 locations across all 4 of these areas. Keep in mind this achievement is *TIME* Consuming. You'll also need to uncover the whole map of that area. Here is a list of them all for this achievement;

It might help to explore ALL the edges of the map as well where the dark blue shadow is that looks hidden on your map. You can tell if you completed the map area by the white lineing around the map. I would strongly suggest really re-looking at your maps:

Three Horns; Divide (6/6)

*Fishguts Outpost - First area you will run into after getting off Claptrap's ship. Just go through a huge fish bone head with teeth. It's right next to a catch a ride machine.
*Windbreak Camp - When you find out Captain Reiss is dead. You'll head to this area during the mission you try to go to Sanctuary it's probably the last place you'll find.
*Marrowfield - By the bridge that's ramp connect. You'll fight a bunch of BullyMoas before it.
*The Drydocks - This is in the middle of the map looks like a town. A Nomad will attack you. A propeller/fan floats above the entrance. (CAN BE MISSED)
*Thirty Below - Once you get your catch-a-ride vehicle and hacked the catch-a-ride for one you'll jump a bridge leading you to a ice cold cave. Pretty neat to drive in.
*Snowbound Crossroads - There is a checkpoint here up the road if you follow it from where you came out of the Thirty Below cave next to a travel station.

Three Horns Valley (6/6)

**Missable AREA** A lot of people miss this area I know I did when I went for this achievement it's right between FrostSprings and Split Skull Bay but closer to the springs right by the water and ice you'll have to drive up the ice mountain to this little camp area. Should unlock the achievement. I did HERE!
*The Frostsprings - Has water and ice around it with some hot springs steaming. Shouldn't miss. You can find a Skag chubby around here for the Cute Loot achievement.
*Split Skull Bay - Where you do the mail delivery timed side mission. Bunch of bandits live around it. Has water around this area.
*Shock Fossil Cavern - It's a cave right by the dust exit that's how you enter. Look on map if lost.
*Happy Pig Motel - There is a yellow beat up school bus here. Also a pig moving back and forth on a sign that says "Happy Pig Motel" you can also get one of the challenges if you land on the pigs back.
*Bloodshot Slums In the upper left corner of the map. Where you honk your horn to get the gate open . Should have a skull robot lit up with a black mouth. Sign says "Honk 2 Enter". Gate is around it.

Tundra Express (9/9)

*Varkid Ranch - Across a spiral bridge. Should find it on one of the side missions when you're looking for Varkid pod's to inject. Can't miss Varkid nest everywhere.
*Skittering Molding - Up a ice hill from the start where you spawn in, have to go around this mountain that leads you up to a huge Varkid nest. You should find during a side mission for Tina's Tea Party.
*Varkid Ranch Observatory - In a cave next to the Varkid Ranch on your right go up some stairs and then a latter should pop right away but make sure it's uncovered fully go up further if needed. Has a little Satellite on top of a red and white building.
*Buzzard Academy - Not birds but they are Helicopters that fly around here. Ton's of enemies to kill also a train track next to here.
*Tiny Tina's Workshop - Sort of looks like Santa's work shop it's in the middle of the map but you have to go around a big mountain in the middle. You should find it, its part of a quest.
*Ripoff Station - Rail Road tracks are inside of this area. There are enemies in here. Goliath are in the area but I don't suggest doing the achievement here seeing there is not many enemies for him to kill. Also should find doing Tina's side quest to stop the Train.
*Meltwater Crossing - Next to Tiny Tina's WorkShop. Has water around it like a mote and also has a bridge to it where a bandit camp out is.
*Mount Molehill Mine - Has a fish skull head on a stick in front. Big gate, leading to a big mine cave but you can't go in it. Should find when you do a side mission for Tina's Tea Party.
*Old Man Johnson's Farm - Top left Corner of the Map. Has a farm on it and spawns a bunch of Varkids as well as some Buzzard flying in the air.

Frostburn Canyon (6/6)

*Frozen Ant Lake - This is where you find a big fire Ant called "Scorch" and some spiderants. Has pretty blue Crystals by it.
*Blacktoe Cavern - To get in you must go through Blisterpus Camp it's in a cave underground or you can go in/out by Frozen Ant Lake. On the right side and if you look on your map it has two light blue lines on it telling you it's a cave.
*Ashworth Camp - Has a skull and some spikes when you come across it. It's another Bandit camp.
*Incinerator Camp - Big flaming fire hawk statue in front of it by a tiny mountain.
*Blisterpus Camp - A foot away from Incinerator Camp. Has a windmill in this camp.
*Firehawk Lair - Last area you'll probably find. You'll follow a path of fire pipes leading towards this in one of the main story missions. You'll also get a secret achievement to this can't miss. It leads to the Fire hawk Legend my favorite character! On the map it looks like a Mickey Mouse symbol.
