Sorry, no. Although the "WWF No Mercy" (.n64) and "Resident Evil 2" (.srm) save files can already be found on the internet.
The .n64 file extension can be converted into .eep or .mpk via emulators like Project64, then converted into .srm using "pj64tosrm_32bit.exe" or "pj64tosrm_64bit.exe".
The .srm file extension can be converted into .eep or .mpk using "pj64tosrm_32bit.exe" or "pj64tosrm_64bit.exe" as well.

Unlike the GameFAQs page which could only have the .n64 file to be posted, this site allowed me to upload 3 different file extensions for the same save file: .n64 (DexDrive backup), .mpk (Memory Pak for emulators), and .srm (SRAM for RetroArch). The only caveat is that you would need an account here to download this Zip file.
It was a lot of work to get the N64 controller's Memory Pak backed-up to a PC, just to share this ultimate save file with the world. In addition, a ton of learning and trial-and-errors to get it converted into different file extensions that suit every need.
