Hey guy's. I found a local guy who jtags consoles and also sells them.
He is located in Brisbane, Queensland. He ships anyway in Australia and also has a store located in Sydney.

EDIT: His name is Ashley and I have personally dealt and used his services. He couldn't fix my RRoD since it was so severe so he ordered me a new xbox for $120, I still have this xbox 2 years later.
He is nice and very professional. He always replies to emails and his work is very professional.
