It's an avatar.
A moving image is a .gif

Go to the graphics board and get someone to make a 100x100 Pixel dimension avatar for you. Add what you want.

ok yea that would you please i would really appreciate it
but how can i add it because when i go to change edit the avatar it gives me default 1's it dosen't give a choice to browse???

you would have to upload it via photobucket/image shack or tinypic or use gyazo to get the url then put that in to make it your avatar

Create a photo in photoshop with animation, and save it as .gif

Or you can search for a .gif photo on the internet
