Thanks, i didnt violate the terms of use, online fraud, or system tamper. those are the only reasons i could be console banned. Thats why im so frustrated with them

My xbox slim that i bought NEW out of Best Buy in October 2010 got banned yesterday.

I called them about it and they either said it was Online Fraud or System Tampering.

Both of those i do NOT do on my slim. i asked them about being on the same network if that could effect you and they said no.

This is stupid because they cant give me a legitimate reason why they would CONSOLE BAN me if i never tampered or Online Fraud.

They are definetly losing my buisness
