When everything is plugged in correctly i still cannot hear chat voices, but they can hear me. This just starting happening and dont know what to do. I can still hear the game though. I contacted tritton already but i dont want to wait for them to respond. Can anyone help?

Alright I don't have a Tritton but when I had a Turtle beach this problem was happening to me. By the chat volume button there should be a wire connecting to the TV. Follow the wire and make sure it is plugged in properly and tight. Twist a little bit as well. Or you might just have the volume turned off/turn volume up on chat option

on the trittons it doesnt connect to the tv at all, and the volume is turned up all the way.

I Have This Problem. My Game Volume Works But My Voice Volume Doesn't. I've Had My Trittons Since Christmas Though... :|

trust me wait for them to respond they will give you free parts and if those don't work they either refund you your money or give you a new pair for free

A problem might be that your using a chat pad. I had this problem with my trittons too and I unplugged my chat pad and then they workout fine. Hope I helped

Turn your chat volume up.

tritton still hasnt gotten back to me, any one know whats up with this headset?
