You might have to take a risk and just tell her how you feel about her. Try hanging out with her a lot before you do this though. Bring her to someplace special that means a lot to both of you. If you want to play it safer, hint at it at first, but don't make anything to obvious. Do the little things for her at first, then build up to more significant things. Thats my advice, and it has worked so far. The "friend" stage is the hardest part to get by and if you can manage to get by it, well then it's smooth sailin' from there. Goodluck.
