the background is way to bright green. The green on the tiles is also way to bright. The background on the current dashboard has a gradient, not a half sphere. The avatar drop shadow look really fake. Also the button look really fake. Other than that it looks ok.

Looks good but some of the fonts are a bit too big and the buttons look a bit fake, and the green could do with being toned down a bit. Other than that it looks pretty sick
