Here are some tips that would really help for your next video.

1. Make the intro flow more. The motion blur was nice but it would've been a lot better if it shows the first text, then quickly spun around a bit for 2 seconds at most and showed the other text.

2. You should really use music with more high points and beats that you can sync with your shots. Dubstep is a good choice for montages, but most music is good.

3. Make the sniper shot sounds A LOT lower in volume. The shot sound overlapped the music and made it sound awkward. The volume of the shots should be to a noticeable point, but now loud at all.

4. Experiment with some effects and transitions. I noticed you pretty much just slapped the clips in. cut them up, and added a few stock transitions. But you should use some kind of effects and nice original transitions based around the clip.
