Older members know the rules from what a newer member does. So the way I think of it they know the ethics of this site when newer members don't.

It's quite simple.
Most newer member's make an account on here and then make a post saying they made a site so they can "try" to get members on their site.
It's called subliminal advertising.
Most Older members know better by now. Those who still make those kinds of posts get reported too.
No member is above the rules.
