Well you can do a system restore back to when you had the account so set the date or you can just remake your labtop account by going to the control panel and making a new user. Hope it helped.

for all the dumb people above you can't system restore to get the account back... your going to need to boot in safe mode, and you have to make sure there is no other admin accounts, there will be an account called administrator login to that, there wont be a pass and change the rights of your other account then reboot

Your computer does a backup everyone so many days all you do is when you start up your laptop, press F2 or F5 just keep mashing those buttons, it should bring up a "Menu" you should be able to see system restore somewhere along those lines and just recover it from the day before you deleted it.

Dude just go on safe mode and do a system restore, and if that dosent work then just completly restore your computer...
How to do system restore:
Restart your computer, and then press and hold F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in safe mode with a Command prompt.
Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode with a Command prompt option.
If you are prompted to select an operating system, use the arrow keys to select the appropriate operating system for your computer, and then press ENTER.
Log on as an administrator or with an account that has administrator credentials.
At the command prompt, type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER.
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to a functional state.
How to completely restore:
When it is rebooting hold down on the F11 key or F12 key and read the instructions as it will let you set your puter back to factory settings.
