xbox number 1800 469 9269 try the reset options on ur email whether it might be alternative or secret question if thats changed then call ms if you dont have a credit card on ur account there is no way you will get ur account back

if that dosnt work heres a number to my local psychiatrist (604) 244-5144
edit 1: wat the guy who took ur account was on ttg ? then why dont u just pm a mod and see if they can get to the bottom of things and tell the kid to return the account i pressume u probally gave him ur password for system linking or something rite ?

if hes using the card the first thing u need to do is get the card cancelled tell ur mom then call ms they will ask u your info and gt tell them what you know then they will ask for the last 4 digits of card a contact email and contact phone the contact email will be the one recieveing a password reset so make sure u dont get that stolen additonally they will ask u for a serial number and consle id so have that ready then wait 5-7 business days for a phone call or a password reset you will be given a 1 month xbox code as compensation for your down time and any points or purchases on ur credit card u will be reasurred and when u get the account back let say kid bought 10 000 points you keep that free of charge and he can only buy so much in a 24 hour period and the account will be locked out once u report it so no body will be on it hope i helped and good luck with everything

the only way you get it back is if you call microsoft i got mine stolen a couple of weeks ago and im still waiting for it but you get it back eventually
