hay ttg im sitting here thinking and i was wondering if its possible to get a web browser on a jtag without using mediacenter and all that bs and without having to be connected to live

Yes, it's called Linux.
You Pre-Load it into a 700mb Disc Then Put it into The JTAG (Boot up Xell First)
You then setup a Normally.

ops my bad well i also ment to say without a disc on a usb drive and a application that u oot up through xexmenu

You only need the disc once...
Just install it to your HDD.
