This is directly from an Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team member. While it is obvious that any form of modding warrants action being taken against your Gamer Profile (in most cases, a suspension), they have changed this to a permanent suspension of your Xbox LIVE profile.
Again, this will result in a PERMANENT ban of your profile.

You cannot infect yourself for mp match making thru iso modding; therefore, no, I don't believe they are. If you are reported and investigated, then yes you'll be banned.

Kid, you can't get MP infections from Nazi Zombies. They're talking about MPM infections that people with modded console host. You cannot join these by accident, they are private matches most of the time.
